Return & Exchanges

We unconditionally guarantee all of our Handbag Handcuff® products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unused merchandise purchased directly from us within fourteen (14) days of receipt of its shipment to you for a prompt refund. 

Return Requirements

We offer a fourteen- (14) day Return Policy on any unused purchases made directly from us. Merchandise to be returned must be in new, unused, and re-saleable condition with all information, original tags, and manufacturer’s packaging attached. Used or damaged merchandise is not eligible for return. Returns are not available on items returned from outside the contiguous United States, bulk, or custom orders. Returns not received within fourteen (14) days of receipt of initial outgoing shipment are deemed outside of the eligible return window. Returns will not be valid without a Return Authorization Number (“RAN”). Final Sale items are not returnable.

Return Procedure

Simply email us at info@HandbagHandcuff.com and provide your order number, clarify the specific item(s) (color and product description), and the reason for the return. Once your return has been approved, we will issue you a RAN. Please write the RAN on the outside of the package in large block letters, remove any existing shipping labels, and cross out all visible bar codes from previous shipments. Ship your return to us at the address below using the carrier of your choice, making sure to note the tracking information. Upon receipt of your return, a refund will be issued for the amount of your returned item(s), less a restocking fee and any applicable taxes. The original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Your refund will be processed within five (5) business days of the receipt of merchandise. Please contact us if your credit does not appear on your next credit card billing statement.

Easy Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item(s), please email us at info@HandbagHandcuff.com within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order and follow the Return Procedure outlined above. When we receive and process your return, we will then send your desired replacement item(s) to you. Your replacement item(s) must be for the same price(s) as the original purchase value. You will not be charged a restocking fee for your exchange. We do, however, require that you pay for shipping unless the exchange was due to our error and we initially shipped the incorrect product to you.

Return of Gift Items

Please follow the same steps listed in the Return Policy above. After the returned item has been processed, the purchaser’s original credit card will be refunded, minus the initial shipping and handling fees.

Return of Items from Retail Partners

Items purchased on our Site must be returned to us directly and cannot be returned to our retail partners. We do not accept returns or process exchanges for any item(s) not purchased from our Site. Products purchased from authorized retailers must be returned to them. Please contact the applicable retailer for their return policy and procedures.

Cancelled or Refused Orders

Once an order has shipped to you, and it is in the custody of a third-party carrier, it cannot be cancelled. If you refuse an order, it will then be subject to our Return Policy, and the original shipping costs along with a restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Merchandise

In the unlikely event that you receive a shipment of merchandise that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately and do not use it. You may be asked to email us a photo to aid in our assessment. We will examine the unused merchandise, and if a defect exists, we will replace the merchandise for you. If the product has been used, replacement will be handled in accordance with our stated Return Policy. We may require a physical inspection of the merchandise and ask that it be returned to us for examination. Items sent to us for inspection may not be returned if the product in question is deemed potentially unsafe or nonfunctional.
