You will find details about product availability on each individual item page. Occasionally, your desired item may be out of stock or not otherwise available for immediate shipment. If you wish to be notified when an item is back in stock, please send an email to info@HandbagHandcuff.com referencing your desired item and we will inform you via email when the product is available. Alternatively, you may pre-order an item that is out of stock and your transaction will not be processed until the product has shipped.
Order Processing Time
We will process your order as quickly as we can and will update you immediately with any shipping or out-of-stock issues. Orders are usually shipped within three (3) business days after the order is placed. Although transit times vary, we will do our best to get your products to you as soon as possible.
Gifts can be sent in one of two ways. First, you may purchase a gift card through our site and we will send the gift card to the recipient by email so they can select the product(s) themselves. Second, if you prefer to send them the product(s) of your choosing, follow the prompts on our site and write a message to include with their gift. Please email us at info@HandbagHandcuff.com and include your order number plus if you require additional customization with your order or gift message.
After you submit your order, a printable receipt will appear on screen. You will also receive an email confirmation of the transaction. We encourage you to save the email instead of printing your receipt to help minimize paper waste.
Tracking Your Order
After you have placed your order, click on the "My Account / Order Status" link to track the status of your order. You will receive confirmation by email, including a tracking number for the selected carrier, when the order has shipped.
Risk of Loss
The risk of loss and title for all products ordered on HandbagHandcuff.com passes to you when the order has been delivered to the shipping carrier.
Shipping Rates & Options
You have the option to choose USPS, UPS, or DHL to ship your order. Simply select your preferred carrier and desired shipping window. Rate options will be posted alongside each carrier. We continually update our policies, so please check back with us if you need assistance.
Free Shipping for Retail Consumers
We offer FREE shipping in the continental United States on the carrier of our choosing only on product orders exceeding One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150.00). Customers receiving free shipping will likewise receive shipping notification by email, which will include tracking.
U.S. Domestic Shipping
Shipping and handling charges are determined based upon the total weight and dimensions of your order, delivery location, carrier preference, and delivery window. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page. You will be presented with a list of shipping options during the checkout process. You may select the one you prefer. Your order will be charged to your payment method at the time it is shipped.
Canadian & International Orders
Orders shipping to Canada and internationally will be shipped via the carrier and speed you select during the checkout process. Duties, taxes, and customs’ fees may apply and are not included in shipment rates.
We will ship to military bases, installations, and addresses as permitted. Please bear in mind that delivery of packages to such addresses may be delayed by factors beyond our (or the selected carrier’s) control and similarly may take longer than the projected delivery dates. Please provide the recipient’s full name, rank, unit, and 9-digit zip code.
